The world's first book on code clone analysis "Code Clone Analysis, Research, Tools, and Practices" has been published(08/05/2021)
The world's first book on code clone analysis, edited by Professor Katsuro Inoue and Professor Chanchal Roy, was published by Springer in August 2021.
The book consists of 16 chapters, including the basics of code clone analysis, code clone analysis tools such as CCFinderX and NiCad, code clone researches such as relationship between code clones and bug tracking and visualization of code clones, and the practical application of code clone analysis such as refactoring and application cases in companies.
In addition to Professor Inoue, Professor Toshihiro Kamiya, Associate Professor Yoshiki Higo, Associate Professor Norihiro Yoshida, and Assistant Professor Eunjong Choi, who are related to Inoue Laboratory, also contributed to this book.
