1.Bookmarking Code Clones(Gemini): Gemini provides information about all detected code clones by CCFinder, but all of them are not subject to management. Some of them are appropriate ones, for example, formulaic processes. So, managing such code clones as well as other ones makes it inefficient to analysis. Once browsing source code and judging it as appropriate one, it it bettter to remove it from management. Also, if the user find some critical code clones, marking them for future reference is very useful. In the above situation, bookmarking of code clones is beneficial.
2.Highlighting different parts among code clones(Gemini，Aries，Libra): The Source Code Views of ICCA highlight cloned fragment, but doesn't highlight diffs of them. CCFinder replaces all names defined by the user with a same special token, so many different parts exist among them. Highlighting them make it more effective to analysis code clones.
