Short Bio
My travels first began in 1998, when I was awarded an Australian (AusAid) scholarship to complete my secondary education in Australia. After receiving the top 2% ranking, I was offered entry into Griffith University advanced studies program. After receiving my Bachelors Degree from Griffith University, in Jan 2004 undertook an IT Intern with Conservation International, based in Washington DC. Later returned to Papua New Guinea in August 2005, worked with the local ISP Daltron Electronics Limited. In 2006, decided to start Kuga Consultancy, providing IT consulting services to Post PNG, Conservation International Melanesia and other smaller contracts.
In 2007, was awarded the Japanese Government MONBUKAGAKUSHO:MEXT scholarship. During this time, had the opportunity to intern for 4 months at Toshiba Software Engineering Research Center.
After my PhD, I am currently with Software Engineering Laboratory, Osaka University as a Project Assistant Professor (Specially Appointed Assitant Professor) for the SARF Project.
